Sharon found yoga more than fifteen years ago. As a business traveling ‘road warrior’ Sharon deemed yoga a necessary ingredient to quiet the mind and keep her grounded, as her job left her flying from one city to the next. The upside of her hectic travel schedule allowed her to visit various yoga studios across the country, and experience many different types of yoga.
It wasn’t until she relocated to St. Petersburg, FL that she identified with her love of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. After many years of personal practice, Sharon decided to deepen her studies by completing a 200 hour yoga teacher training. Sharon is a firm believer that breath should dictate movement, so her classes are focused on slow, fluid transitions allowing the breath to be the BOSS. But, don’t let that slow part fool you…moving slow can be quite the challenge!
