In this Friday through Sunday retreat you can practice all aspects of yoga including postures (asanas), mindful breathing techniques (pranayama), chanting, concentration and meditation. All you need to do is relax and be guided into satisfying yoga sessions followed by delicious vegetarian meals prepared with fresh organic produce grown locally with sustainable agriculture.
You will appreciate the beauty of the surrounding area, feeling far away from everything.

Join us for a  weekend of yoga, meditation, chanting and delicious vegan meals in beautiful Lake Louisa State Park. Enjoy the lakes, rolling hills and hiking trails just 1.5 hours away from St. Pete. Take time for yourself; refresh and balance in preparation for the holiday season.

Yoga classes, meditations, lodging and all meals are included. Join us for a hike if you would like, relax at the beach, rent a canoe or kayak for $15 or maybe just relax on the porch with a good book.

Shared room $295    Single room $395  Space is limited so register early to secure your spot. A $50 deposit is required to save your spot. No refunds after November 17, 2018.

We will be bringing a vegan cook to prepare all your meals.

The cabins are beautiful! Large, with 2 bedrooms, (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), 2 large bathrooms, kitchen, a fireplace, and a wonderful large screened in porch. The cabins overlook Lake Dixie.IMG_1940DSC_9646_1
