This class will aim to focus your mind on the vinyasa practice - the connection of movement and breath. We will warm our bodies through a series of breathing, stretching and sun salutations, move into a strong and focused sequence of standing and balancing postures, then move through inversions and seated postures into savasana. The class is designed to encourage the balance of strength and gentility in our practice and into our lives, and aims to leave you feeling connected, balanced, strong and mindful.

Through the use of vinyasa (a sequence of postures), pranayama (breath control), mudras (energy seals), and kriyas (cleansing techniques), hatha yoga brings harmony to the nervous system, which reduces stress, tones the physical body and creates an overall feeling of well being.

Learn a series of poses that you can do with a partner. Help assist your partner to get into poses deeper, developing skills of communication, cooperation and trust. Not only is this a relaxing class that includes Tai Yoga, but you also might just find yourself in some partner poses that you never thought you could do. In Slow Flow each pose is linked to the next through a series of connecting movements called "vinyasa"", allowing the body to create heat and leading to more strength and flexibility. Smooth, deep breathing(ujjayi), gaze(dristi).and locks(bandhas) are synchronized with the movements. This practice purifies and realigns the body, cultivating a feeling of inner peace, and leading to a natural state of meditation.

This is a strong vinyasa flow class that focuses on alignment and breath awareness. Be prepared to move through fun and challenging sequences where the transitions hold just as much importance as the poses themselves. It is a well rounded class and variations are offered to meet the needs of all levels. This class will leave you feeling strong, balanced and rejuvenated.

Add some oomph to your practice at Power Flow! In this class we emphasize building strength, stamina, focus and mobility, through an invigorating and rejuvenating series of sun salutations, standing and balancing poses, breath work and stretching. This efficient 75-minute class has a little bit of everything. You will leave you feeling refreshed, calm and strong. Enjoyable for all levels!

Quiet your mind, increase your energy and go deeper with Yin Yoga. Much of the Yoga is Yang in nature, active and focused on building heat. Yin Yoga is the other side to that coin, focusing on gently stretching the tough connective tissues that make up our joints, particularly the lower spine, hips and pelvis. In a Yin Yoga class we hold poses for three to ten minutes. Holding the poses for a long period of time brings new depths in postures allowing for deeper ranges of motion, and increased energy flow throughout the body. Who doesn’t want, or need, more energy! The gentleness of this practice allows your mind to quiet, offering deep relaxation and time for your body to recharge, getting you ready for your next task at hand.
