Mike was first introduced to yoga about 15 years ago immediately recognizing the physical benefits & over all well feeling yoga offered, including helping with daily aches & pains. It wasn’t until after a back injury that he began practicing regularly.

Wanting to learn more about yoga, he enrolled in and completed the 200 hour teacher training program at YogaEtc Studio. What began as physical has become much more. He discovered a new passion for sharing this amazing practice with others. This yoga journey has not only been exciting, but also a constant reminder that we all have more in common than not.

Sharing the gifts of yoga & seeing it’s beneficial effects help others has been his greatest reward and truly an honor to be a part of. His classes combine elements of Restorative yoga – supported postures held a few minutes with& w/o the use of props; focused breathing, with mindful thoughts and readings; and foundational instruction & alignment points combined in static& dynamic postures. Blended together his classes offer fun easy slow flowing routines designed sooth, calm, relax & unwind. Mike emphasizes that yoga is a practice for everybody and not about perfection.
