YogaEtc Studio strives to help you discover the true meaning of yoga through tradition-based yoga practices attune to today’s ever evolving yoga culture. We offer an authentic yoga experience for every student from every walk of life. We believe yoga is so much more than physical exercise and strive to bring all of the aspects of yoga into our classes. YogaEtc instructors aim to help you, not just practice yoga, but to use these yoga teachings to find a better way of dealing with the anxiety and stress of everyday—to help you discover your inner-peace, your stillness, your bliss, a place for you to grow and transform your life and to discover what yoga means to you.

Our Instructors

Cindy Mastry was introduced to yoga by her Grandmother Ann Ree Colton in the late 60’s, and began practicing at an early age, first with Lilias Folan on TV and with Vishnudevananda’s classic yoga text on her own. Cindy has a background in dance and also worked in the fitness industry on and off since the late seventies, always maintaining a home yoga practice.
